Job summary

Co. Recruit in Morayfield, Australia is seeking a skilled Residential Property Manager to oversee a 130–150 property portfolio end-to-end.

You will build strong owner and tenant relationships, manage maintenance, arrears and tenancy processes, and conduct inspections within a boutique agency that supports work-life balance. The Agency:

You’ll manage a 130–150 property portfolio end-to-end, with the support around you to do your job well and clear boundaries that allow you to genuinely switch off at the end of the day.

The Position:

• Manage a portfolio of 130–150 properties end-to-end

• Conduct routine and exit inspections
• Manage lease renewals and tenancy processes
• Keep your portfolio compliant and well maintained
