Job summary

Legal Easy Pty Ltd t/a Settle Easy – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer or Senior Conveyancer to join our New South Wales team, with remote work options across NSW. You'll manage residential conveyancing and property matters end-to-end, working directly with clients and referral partners.

You will enjoy autonomy, collaborate with a remote team, and help enhance our technology and processes while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in residential property law or conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of NSW property law and conveyancing.
• Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish.
• Strong contract review skills with clear, practical advice.
• Excellent client and stakeholder communication.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work autonomously while connected to a remote team.
• Willingness to mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Cross-jurisdictional experience valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing and property matters from start to finish.
• Provide client advice, review contracts and coordinate settlements.
• Work with a remote NSW team, promoting collaboration and process improvements.
• Guide and support less experienced colleagues when needed.

We're looking for an experienced Property Lawyer or Senior Conveyancer to join our New South Wales team.

About the role

You'll manage residential conveyancing and property matters from start to finish, including contract reviews, client advice, stakeholder management and settlement.

You'll have genuine autonomy, work directly with clients and referral partners and contribute to improving our processes, technology and client experience.

You'll be joining a remote team that values accountability, collaboration and open communication.

What you'll bring
