Job summary

Landis+Gyr is seeking a Senior Project & Services Support Engineer to lead complex troubleshooting and provide technical leadership across customer delivery teams in the ANZ and Southeast Asia region.

You will oversee device deployment, testing, commissioning, and RCA investigations while collaborating with Product, R&D, QA, and Ops teams to ensure reliable metering and communications infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in engineering, communications, metering, IoT, or related technical environments.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, Computer Systems or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex troubleshooting across devices, networks, interop and IP transport.
• Support deployment, testing, commissioning, and validation of metering and communications infrastructure.
• Develop technical documentation including runbooks, SOPs and implementation plans.
