Job summary

Siemens Energy Pty. Ltd. in Australia seeks an experienced Service Project Manager to lead high voltage service projects across Australia, including GIS, AIS, transformers, circuit breakers, substations and related equipment.

You will focus on service delivery, outages, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades and lifecycle support of critical transmission and distribution assets, while managing safety, commercial performance and field execution with customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing high voltage service, maintenance, or asset support projects.
• Experience with transmission or distribution network assets is preferred.
• Knowledge of GIS and AIS switchgear, transformers, substations, and associated equipment.
• Experience managing field-based technical teams and customer-facing projects.
• Strong commercial, planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high voltage service projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, claims, and variations.
• Coordinate field service engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and outage activities.
• Act as the primary customer interface and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and asset lifecycle activities.
• Monitor project profitability, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Promote HSE compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
