Job summary

KBR is seeking a Scheduler/Planner to join its Adelaide‑based Project Controls team. You will develop, maintain, and analyse schedules across complex programs, with Senior Schedulers taking greater ownership and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll bring a degree in Engineering or Project Management and 3–5+ years (8+ for Senior) of scheduling experience, plus strong Primavera P6/MS Project and advanced Excel skills. Security clearance is advantageous but not required for non-defence work.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Project Management, or similar (or equivalent experience).
• Scheduler level requires 3–5+ years’ experience; Senior Scheduler 8+ years.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules.
• Analyse schedule performance including critical path, float, and progress trends.
• Support monthly reporting and Project Status Reports.
