KBR, a global science, technology and engineering company, seeks a Senior Project Schedule Manager in Melbourne. You will oversee schedules, controls, and reporting for major projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and portfolio performance. Located in Melbourne, collocated with the project office.

The role requires extensive scheduling/controls experience, including EVM, and familiarity with Open Plan Professional. Baseline Defence clearance eligibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in project management, accounting or related disciplines.
• Experience in scheduling and project controls including EVM.
• Advanced skills in scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project schedules with stakeholders.
• Support project managers with schedule consistency and guidance.
• Develop WBS and link to client CoA protocols.
• Establish resource, risk, and cost control processes.
• Prepare cost performance reporting and proposal cost build-up.
