Job summary

SA Health, through Preventive Health SA, is seeking a Senior Project Officer for Priority Populations in Adelaide CBD. This part-time position (0.7 FTE) supports planning, implementation and evaluation of health equity initiatives and partnerships with government, NGOs and local councils.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with a range of stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs and local government.
• Ability to contribute to development of evidence initiatives to promote health equity.
• Experience planning, implementing and evaluating health strategies, projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate strategies, projects and initiatives for Preventive Health SA aligned with the Preventive Health SA Act 2024.
• Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across agencies, NGOs and local government.
• Provide advice and contribute to the development of evidence initiatives focused on health equity for priority populations.
