Job summary

University of New South Wales – Sydney NSW is seeking a Project Officer/Senior Project Officer to provide project administration and operational support for the ARC COE-CSI. You will coordinate activities, reporting, workshops and events, while maintaining systems and web content.

At Senior level, you will take greater responsibility for KPI monitoring, budgeting, policy development and annual reporting, engaging with stakeholders across partner universities and industry.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence.
• Advanced communication skills for writing, editing and reporting.
• Creative content development for digital campaigns and promotions.
• Experience coordinating events/projects/programs and managing logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time management with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently under pressure.
• Proficiency with MS Office, web content management and analytics.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools is desirable.
• Understanding of UNSW aims, values and safety policies.

Responsibilities
