Job summary

Transgrid is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the HumeLink East transmission project, focusing on tower assembly and erection while coordinating interfaces across construction activities.

You will manage planning, risk, cost controls and reporting, with travel to Tumut, Yass and Goulburn, and direct interfaces with contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery with strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and understanding of infrastructure project delivery.
• Significant experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Experience in contract management and negotiation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the HumeLink East transmission project.
• Coordinate interfaces across tower assembly, erection, stringing and related construction activities.
• Engage contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to support delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor progress, reporting, risk management and cost controls to meet objectives.
