Job summary

Transgrid is seeking a Delivery Manager – Transmission Lines to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Hunter Transmission Project, overseeing civil and mechanical construction, commissioning and project governance.

You will drive safety, schedule, cost and quality outcomes, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure environmental compliance across a large-scale infrastructure program in NSW. This role offers dynamic leadership opportunities and exposure to a flagship project.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects with long linear civil and mechanical works.
• Experience with long linear civil works, road upgrades and HV transmission lines preferred.
• Senior-level governance, assurance, risk management and stakeholder reporting capabilities.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks for multidisciplinary programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage interfaces and interdependencies.
• Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transmission line construction, including civil and mechanical works.
• Oversee governance, assurance, risk management and stakeholder reporting.
• Drive collaboration, continuous improvement and environmental compliance.
• Provide leadership for cross-functional teams across the construction program.
