Job summary

Downer seeks a Senior Program Manager - Lines to lead major HV transmission line programs across Australia. You will oversee delivery, profitability and commercial performance while building high-performing teams and strong client partnerships.

In this role you will provide strategic oversight across project portfolios, ensuring safe execution, operational excellence and positive financial outcomes to support Australia's energy transition and critical network upgrades.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with proven delivery of large HV transmission projects.
• PMBOK and/or CPPD accreditation highly regarded.
• Engineering degree required with credible project leadership credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large HV transmission line construction projects and portfolios with safety, quality, and client objectives in mind.
• Oversee project profitability, revenue, EBIT, forecasting, cash flow, variations and procurement strategies.
• Provide leadership to geographically dispersed teams and foster high-performance culture.
• Build trusted client, consultant and subcontractor relationships to support business growth.
• Champion Downer's Zero Harm culture with a focus on safety, environmental and quality outcomes.
