Salary: Daily rate negotiable, depending on experience

About the Role:

This will be a contractor position for an initial 6-month period with the possibility of extension. You will be based in the CBD, working in a hybrid working arrangement. My client is looking for an immediate start.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation;
• Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively;
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction;
• Provide training and support to internal teams, fostering adoption of ServiceNow solutions.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong governance expertise and excellent ability with managing third party vendor partnerships;
• Extensive experience in managing ServiceNow projects, including successful implementations and integrations;
• Prior working experience within the telecommunications industry;
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels;
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget;
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP or ITIL, are highly desirable.
