HENTON CONSULTING PTY LTD in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Pre-Construction to lead bid management, pre-construction strategy and programming across major commercial and industrial projects, from tender through to delivery.

The role requires coordinating Estimating, Design and Construction teams, reviewing designs and tender documentation, and building strong relationships with clients, developers and consultants.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience with a commercial or industrial head contractor and detailed understanding of the pre-construction process.
• Experience across D&C, ECI, Hard Dollar and/or GMP projects.
• Strong knowledge of design management, programming, procurement and commercial construction.

An established national construction company is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to work as a Pre-Construction Manager in its Adelaide office. Working across major commercial and industrial projects, this senior role will take the lead across bid management, pre-construction strategy, including programming and methodology and the transition of projects from tender through to delivery.
