Job summary

GHD is seeking Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to join our national Delivery Phase Services (DPS) team in Brisbane, focusing on resources and mining sectors. You will lead complex multi‑disciplined studies and projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept to handover with a client‑facing, collaborative approach.

This role suits experienced professionals with consulting/EPCM backgrounds and a strong electrical engineering foundation who can mentor teams, manage stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Project Manager or Study Manager delivering mining/resources or industrial projects.
• Experience in consulting or EPCM environments with end-to-end project lifecycle leadership.
• Electrical engineering background with involvement in power/utilities or similar infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead studies, feasibility assessments, options, and concept development.
• Manage major projects from study through to detailed design, execution and close-out.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams.
• Define project requirements with mining/resources clients and delivery strategies.
• Support business development and proposal activities as required.
• Mentor project teams and ensure governance, reporting and communications.
