Job summary

Airswift in Perth, WA seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and construction projects in mining, resources and infrastructure. You will own scope, budget, schedule, procurement, safety and quality while guiding multidisciplinary teams and managing client, contractor and supplier relationships across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience delivering projects in resources, mining or infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid knowledge of commercial contracts and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through close-out.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans and schedules.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost tracking and cash flow.
• Monitor performance, risks and issues; implement actions.
• Oversee tendering, contract awards, procurement and packages.
• Coordinate engineering, fabrication, logistics, commissioning and site work.
• Act as main contact for clients, vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage commercial performance, variations, and change control.
• Develop and deliver CAPEX proposals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including Project Engineers.
• Ensure quality, HSE, budget and schedule requirements.
