Job summary

Stellar Recruitment, partnering with a leading contractor on a major resources project in Queensland, is seeking Senior Project Managers and Project Managers with a strong background in civil construction. Mobilisation will move quickly for a long-term project, with responsibility for delivering major work packages.

We will consider candidates across the East Coast who are comfortable with FIFO arrangements to join this significant project and lead large, multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major civil, mining, resources or infrastructure projects.
• Bulk earthworks and heavy civil construction experience.
• Ability to lead self-performing complex scopes.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Experience working directly with major clients and Tier 1 contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction teams, subcontractors and resources from mobilisation through to completion.
• Oversee safety, quality, cost control and schedule to deliver major work packages.
• Maintain strong client relationships and commercial outcomes on the project.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
