Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is partnered with a growing resources business seeking two Principal Project Managers / Engineering Managers to lead major capital projects from concept to delivery. These Brisbane-based roles operate from HQ with a 3 days in the office / 2 days work-from-home pattern and periodic site travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience across mining, resources, processing or complex project environments.
• Strong project management and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience delivering major capital projects from end to end.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management capability.
• Ability to work effectively with operational and senior leadership teams.
• Strong technical background, ideally within mechanical, process or processing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior project leadership from concept and feasibility through to execution and delivery.
• Work closely with operational leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Lead major capital projects across mining, processing, and infrastructure portfolios.
• Collaborate with Australian and PNG operations to align project delivery with portfolio growth.
