Job summary

Haste Recruitment's client, a national builder, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a landmark Brisbane high-rise development from construction through to completion. The role focuses on safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction, with leadership of site and project teams and coordination of consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

You will drive procurement, contract administration, and risk management while maintaining program certainty and strong client

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering high-rise residential or mixed-use developments.
• Experience managing projects valued at $50M+ (or similar scale).
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, cost control, procurement and contract management.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative and proactive management style.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
