Job summary

Parkview Constructions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own complex, large-scale constructions from planning through to completion in Sydney. This senior role requires leading high-performing teams and acting as the primary contact for clients and consultants.

You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on safety, quality and commercial performance while managing design development, procurement, contracts and schedules across projects over $50M.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50M.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design development to practical completion.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and construction schedules.
• Manage consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities and internal teams.
• Monitor risk, compliance and quality systems, ensuring issues are addressed proactively.
• Conduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are actively implemented.
• Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and foster professional growth.
