Atom Resources is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major concrete and structural projects across Sydney and NSW. You will own project outcomes, oversee planning to completion, manage budgets, and drive safety, quality and client relationships in a high-performing team.

You will mentor project teams and coordinate subcontractors, with a focus on delivering complex packages for landmark developments and a strong project pipeline.

The Role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion.

You will oversee all aspects of project performance including programme management, commercial outcomes, client relationships, safety, quality and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of construction projects from commencement to completion
• Manage project budgets, forecasting and financial performance
• Develop and maintain project programmes and critical milestones
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
• Oversee contract administration, variations and procurement activities
• Drive project quality and compliance standards
• Mentor and lead project teams to achieve successful outcomes

About You

To be successful, you will possess:

• Proven Project Management experience within the construction industry
• Experience delivering projects valued at $10M+ preferred
• Strong commercial and financial management capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing site and project teams
• Sound understanding of contract administration and project controls
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
