Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with leadership experience in complex redevelopment projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and contract management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, reporting, and governance.
• Experience delivering projects in private healthcare or live operational environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scoping, and delivery of complex redevelopment programs within time, budget and quality targets.
• Govern project governance, risk, scope, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure outcomes.
• Prepare and present project, financial and governance reports including forecasting and budget management.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders, consultants and contractors to support delivery.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams and oversee procurement and contract management processes.
