Job summary

St John of God Subiaco Hospital in Western Australia is undertaking a landmark redevelopment to deliver a new six-storey clinical building with a Heart Centre and expanded theatres. We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating with the project team, caregivers, consultants and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex construction and redevelopment projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare licensing and accreditation considerations (LARU) a plus.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of allocated redevelopment projects within scope, budget, schedule and quality.
• Manage project planning, resourcing, scheduling and coordination.
• Monitor financials, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with mitigation strategies.
• Develop and report on project plans, governance artefacts and status updates.
• Establish governance frameworks and coordinate meetings and secretariat activities.
• Engage sponsors, executives and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Facilitate stakeholder consultation, user groups and change management to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to support decision-making and communication.
