Job summary

St John of God Health Care in Australia seeks a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within our healthcare network. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will drive governance, scheduling, budgeting and delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

You will partner with executives, clinicians and external vendors, develop key project documents and steer committees to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while upholding our mission and values.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Experience delivering complex projects in healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage governance, financials, risk and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
• Facilitate governance and steering committee meetings.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams and coach project staff.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
• Manage risks, issues and scope changes with governance.
• Prepare and present project reports to governance forums.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and partners to secure resources.
