The Construction Manager will lead the delivery of our remedial and facade project portfolio, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and profitable outcomes across live environments and multiple concurrent projects.

You will oversee Project Managers, Site Managers, and contractors, balancing engineering rigour with commercial discipline while building strong relationships with residents,

Formación

• 15+ years of construction delivery experience.
• Proven track record as Construction Manager or senior PM with Tier 1/2 or remedial contractor.
• Tertiary qualification in construction management or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and risk management.
• Ability to lead multiple live-site projects and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety compliance across projects per HSE policies, leading high-risk activities.
• Guide tender processes and client meetings to win work.
• Manage project finances, budgets, variations and margins.
• Plan and programme each project with regular audits.
• Lead Project Managers and teams, with performance reviews.
• Represent Buildcorp to clients, strata committees and consultants.
