Buildcorp in Sydney is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead Façade and Remedial projects. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will drive safe, high‑quality and profitable delivery from award to completion.

You will lead project teams, develop plans, manage budgets and schedules, monitor progress, maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards. Experience with Jobpac, Procore or Asta Powerproject is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading large, complex construction projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong focus on health and safety and quality.
• Experience with façade and remedial works is preferred.

The Role

We are looking for exceptional Project Leaders with Experience in managing Façade and Remedial projects. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible fordelivering safe, high quality & profitable projects from award through to completion. This will require that you:

• Leading and managing project teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget
• Developing project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation
• Overseeing project progress, tracking milestones, and ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Managing stakeholder relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Identifying potential risks and implementing effective risk management strategies
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
• Proven experience in managing and documenting any quality concerns throughout the project.

You will possess the following:

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.
• Proficiency in construction software such as Jobpac, Procore and Asta Powerproject (or similar) is an advantage
• Appropriate qualifications (with a preference for construction or engineering degree and/or a building related qualification
