Job summary

Buildcorp is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead facade and remedial projects from award through to completion. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will drive safe, high-quality, profitable outcomes while managing scope, budget, schedule, and resources.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and proven delivery of complex construction projects with proficient use of Jobpac, Procore and Asta Powerproject (or similar).

Qualifications

• Experience leading Façade and Remedial projects.
• Proven ability to deliver complex construction schemes on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction software tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver facade and remedial works on schedule and budget.
• Develop project plans including scope, budget, schedule and resources.
• Oversee progress, milestones and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
