Job summary

UGL Pty Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own project delivery from construction and execution perspectives. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive performance while maintaining safety and operational excellence across Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Wind, Hydrogen and Ammonia initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams in mining, heavy industrial, energy, utilities, resources or infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site construction activities to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commercial and logistics teams for seamless execution.
• Manage project resources, including workforce planning, subcontractors, plant and equipment.
