Carlisle Homes Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major technology projects, with an initial focus on transformation within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

You will manage scope, budgets, governance and cross-functional delivery with external partners, ensuring testing, training and operational readiness before transition to business operations. A collaborative, autonomous leader will drive outcomes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven senior project management experience across complex business and technology projects.
• Strong ERP implementation or migration experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
• Broad technology experience across Microsoft platforms, enterprise applications, data and integrations.
• Strong capability in governance, planning, financial management, risk management and delivery control.
• Experience managing vendors, implementation partners and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• The ability to work autonomously, apply sound judgement and adapt delivery approaches to suit the environment.
• A pragmatic and collaborative approach, with the confidence to lead complex projects, influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.

• Manage suppliers, delivery partners, commercial commitments and project financials within agreed tolerances
• Ensure testing, training, operational readiness and support arrangements are in place before transition into business operations

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will join our Technology and Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading major technology projects, with an initial focus on transformation within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
