Carlisle Homes Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major technology initiatives, with initial focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation. You will oversee end-to-end delivery across business and technology, including governance, budgets, and external partners.

The role requires proven senior PM experience on complex projects, ERP/D365 expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement. Based in Victoria, it offers a collaborative environment with a strong focus on delivering

Qualifications

Proven senior project management across complex tech projects.
ERP implementation or migration experience in Dynamics 365.
Broad tech experience across Microsoft platforms and integrations.
Strong governance, budgeting and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation to closure with clear outcomes and plans.
Drive transformation initiatives in Dynamics 365 across business and tech teams.
Manage governance, risks, issues, and change control with delivery focus.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
Oversee vendors, partners and project financials within approved tolerances.
Ensure testing, training and operational readiness before go-live.
