We are ideally seeking candidates with:

  • Experience in the residential building industry, trade backgrounds will be looked upon favourably
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer conversations professionally
  • Conflict resolution skills and the confidence to handle varied warranty matters onsite
  • A process-driven and organised approach to managing inspections, reports and follow-up actions
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment

  • An industry first, Family Friendly Program to support parents at all stages of the parenting journey including up to 21 weeks paid parental leave and a $250 baby bonus
