Job summary

Management and Training Corporation in Springfield QLD seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic enterprise projects, with a focus on digital transformation, HRIS and workforce management implementations. You will drive scoping, planning and execution across cross-functional teams and vendors.

Reporting to the National Manager, Program Delivery, you will manage governance artefacts, budgets and milestones, delivering value to executives and operational leaders while enabling business

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience delivering complex system implementations.
• End-to-end delivery of medium to large projects to outcomes.
• Experience preparing governance materials, plans, schedules and RAID logs.
• Ability to work in complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities.
• Experience supporting change readiness and benefits realisation.
• Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with portfolio management, scheduling and reporting tools desirable.
• Project planning, delivery and governance capability; excellent written reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned strategic enterprise projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and RAID logs.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery actions.
• Lead implementation activity for systems such as Workforce Management Rostering Platform, HRIS and other system implementations.
• Coordinate system implementation planning, testing, and business readiness and go-live.
• Work with BAs, Change Managers and SMEs to align requirements and plans.
• Prepare project status reports, steering committee papers and executive updates.
• Facilitate governance forums, working groups and decision meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and evidence of delivery progress.
• Build relationships with executives and senior leaders; facilitate workshops and planning sessions.
• Support adoption and business readiness with Change Managers and ops leaders.
