Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead business transformation initiatives focused on safety, risk, governance, and process improvement. The role is based in Melbourne CBD with hybrid working arrangements and involves guiding projects from planning through implementation.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, drive process improvement, coordinate across functions, and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver practical business

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of key business transformation initiatives focused on safety, risk, governance, and process improvement. Working within a collaborative transformation team, you will lead projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring business objectives are achieved while engaging effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

This role will suit a project professional who combines strong delivery capability with stakeholder management, business process improvement, and technology implementation experience.

• Experience within safety, risk, governance, compliance, or regulated environments will be highly regarded.
• Ability to influence outcomes and build effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
