Job summary

Exclaim IT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major digital transformation program across Queensland. Hybrid work in Carseldine and a contract arrangement with ownership from start-up to completion are key elements of the role.

You will drive end-to-end delivery in a PRINCE2 and Agile environment, coordinating governance, risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement to realise benefits across complex government-facing digital services.

Qualifications

• Must hold PRINCE2 Practitioner certification and proven end-to-end project delivery experience.
• Experience leading complex digital transformation and legacy modernisation projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, dependencies and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality and benefits.
• Drive governance, assurance, reporting, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery teams, working groups, resources and senior stakeholders.
• Develop project, change and benefit realisation plans.
• Deliver outcomes across large-scale technology transformations.
