Job summary

Bluestone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for turnkey modular construction projects based in Melbourne. You will lead end-to-end delivery from contract award through client handover, coordinating engineering, procurement and construction activities while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have Tier 1/2 contractor experience, strong client-facing skills and a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex construction or engineering projects (Tier 1 or 2 head contractor experience ideal).
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong planning and programme management capabilities.
• Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of modular construction projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project programmes and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction activities.
• Lead project meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement schedules and supplier performance.
• Oversee documentation, variations and quality processes.
• Monitor risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Support factory inspections and site activities as required.
• Ensure safety, quality and contractual obligations are met.
