Job summary

City of Ryde is seeking a motivated Project Manager to deliver significant community infrastructure, including sports fields and leisure facilities. You will lead a high‑performing PM team, coordinate planning, design, construction and handover, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve community outcomes.

You will manage budgets, contracts, and reporting, with strong regulatory knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and complex building projects.
• Strong knowledge of legislation, regulations and design standards related to infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage project finances, budgets, tendering and contracts.
• Excellent written communication for executive-level reporting and contract specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major community infrastructure projects from planning to handover.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners.
• Ensure projects meet milestones, budgets and quality standards.
