Job summary

City of Boroondara is seeking a driven project professional to lead community building and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.

Reporting to the Coordinator Building Projects, you will manage scopes, budgets, procurement, and contracts, coordinate consultants and contractors, and provide reporting to support decisions. You will ensure alignment with Council objectives and sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, or Engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering capital works or building projects.
• Ability to manage scopes, budgets and procurement for multi-disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of community building and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, procurement and contracts; coordinate consultants and contractors.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide project reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure projects align with Council objectives and sustainability commitments.
