Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a major community project in Western Australia. You will work with senior leaders, consultants and site teams from early planning to completion, ensuring delivery excellence.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, proactive communication, and a collaborative approach across multidisciplinary teams to achieve safety, quality, programme and commercial targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a building construction environment.
• Experience delivering large-scale community, health, education or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Leading project delivery from planning through to handover.
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Managing client relationships and key stakeholders.
• Driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes.
• Identifying and managing project risks and reporting requirements.

The Role

This role will see you take a hands-on leadership position in the delivery of a major community project, working closely with senior leaders, consultants and site teams from early stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities Include
