Job summary

Bayside Council is seeking an experienced Specialist Project Manager to lead a portfolio of capital works across city projects in Sydney, NSW. You will plan, procure, deliver and close-out complex projects with a focus on safety, time and budget compliance.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement and leadership to drive high‑quality outcomes for the Bayside community. Competitive salary and strong leave provisions are included.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex construction/capital works projects.
• Strong contract management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage priorities in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of construction projects of varying scale and complexity.
• Provide contract administration and act as Superintendent's Representative.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cashflows and expenditure forecasts.
