Job summary

Icon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a circa $100m residential project in Sydney CBD, working with a client, consultants and subcontractors to achieve strong commercial, programme, quality and safety outcomes. This role offers a pathway to longer-term career growth within Icon.

You will drive delivery, lead the project team, manage safety, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while upholding Icon's standards and delivering client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale residential/high-rise construction projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and project controls.
• Ability to lead projects from planning and procurement through construction and completion.
• Collaborative leadership style with ability to develop project teams.
• tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of a circa $100m construction project.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team.
• Drive programme, commercial, quality and safety outcomes.
• Manage client, consultant, subcontractor and key stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee procurement, design coordination and construction delivery.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, programmes, risks and reporting.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Maintain communication with senior management and project stakeholders.
• Build a high-performing and collaborative project team.
• Ensure delivery aligns with Icon's standards and client expectations.
