Job summary

Liverpool City Council in Sydney is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of building infrastructure projects including renewal, refurbishment, and new works. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams and ensure high standards of project management and governance.

The role requires extensive construction industry experience, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules across diverse projects to serve the Liverpool community.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Building Construction, Project Management, or other relevant disciplines.
• Work Cover issued Construction Industry Induction Card.
• Class C Driver’s License.
• Minimum of ten years’ experience in building construction with proven skills in planning, design management, development approval and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a range of building infrastructure projects including renewal, refurbishment, and new works.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to ensure professional project management standards.
• Assist in developing asset management strategy and planning of building assets and related infrastructure programs.
