Bayside City Council is seeking a Project Manager to provide end-to-end management of building projects from inception to handover. You will engage diverse stakeholders and ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality targets.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, plus extensive capital works experience. Flexible/hybrid work options and strong wellbeing initiatives are offered.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent.
• Extensive experience delivering complex building projects and capital works.
• Experience engaging internal and external stakeholders, preferably in local government.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality outcomes per the Project Management Framework.
• Engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and success.
• Deliver projects in accordance with contract conditions, including legislative requirements.
• Ensure OH&S standards across council buildings and infrastructure.
