Job summary

Hollard Insurance in Sydney is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead data archiving and masking initiatives within a multi-disciplinary technology team. You will coordinate Business, Tech vendors, and Risk/Compliance to deliver measurable business outcomes on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, preferably in General Insurance or Financial Services.
• Working knowledge of Archive360 is preferred.
• Must be proficient in use of project management tools (MS Project, PPM online, Clarity etc.)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Extensive experience in resource and budget management with solid executive reporting skills.

Your Team

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary Technology team, working closely with business, software vendors and partners to develop, implement and maintain systems that support customers through all aspects of the insurance value chain.

Your Role

Reporting to the Project Management Delivery Practice Manager you will lead project teams to successfully implement business and technology driven change for Hollard. You will engage with Business stakeholders, Technology teams, Hollard Partners, Vendors, Risk and Compliance and Product Tribes to plan, estimate and deliver business outcomes.

You will have working technical knowledge as well as experience in the delivery of data archiving and data masking solutions end to end, working across IT, security, compliance, and business teams to reduce storage cost and risk.

Your duties and responsibilities

Delivering agreed business outcomes to schedule and within approved budget.

Leading project teams by collaboratively planning, prioritising, coordinating activities across the various teams involved in the delivery.

Collaborating with stakeholders and your project team to developing a clearly articulated project plan including Project scope, objectives, outcomes, and benefits.

About You

Demonstrated experience in Project Management, preferably in General Insurance or Financial Serviceskkkkk
