D. Frame Electrical in NSW seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex ASP level 1 & 2 and commercial construction projects. You will drive safety, quality, and on‑time delivery while coordinating budgets, procurement, and stakeholder relations.
The ideal candidate will have an Electrical Trade Qualification or related degree, strong WHS knowledge, and proven multi‑site leadership with excellent communication and budgeting skills.
To manage and deliver complex and high-value ASP Level 1 & 2, and commercial construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role ensures all project activities meet organisational standards for safety, quality, and compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager provides leadership across project planning, resourcing, compliance, subcontractor coordination, financial management, and progress reporting to ensure best practice outcomes across all assigned projects.
1.1.Oversee end‑to‑end management of all allocated projects, ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
1.2.Develop project schedules and methodologies and ensure these are aligned with contractual and regulatory requirements.
1.3.Monitor daily progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
1.4.Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
1.5.Coordinate project documentation including scope of works, variations, drawings, SWMS, permits, and technical specifications.
1.6.Hold monthly 1.2.1s with your team to ensure continued employee engagement and improvement.
1.7.Assist D.Frame Electrical through development and refinement of processes and procedures that align with identified continuous improvement initiatives.
2.1.Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, procurement schedules and cost tracking tools and report on these to internal management.
2.2.Approve and monitor labour allocation, subcontractor costs, material expenditure and variations.
2.3.Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, purchase orders, and supporting financial documentation.
2.4.Ensure financial transparency and accurate reporting to senior management.
3.1.Liaise with senior stakeholders including clients, builders, subcontractors, engineers, and internal leadership.
3.2.Lead project meetings, providing updates on timelines, risks, resourcing, and performance.
3.3.Collaborate closely with site supervisors, junior project managers, procurement, admin and safety teams to ensure seamless project execution.
3.4.Build and maintain strong professional relationships to promote repeat business and client satisfaction.
4.1.Ensure work is delivered in accordance with WHS legislation, company HSEQ policies, and industry standards.
4.2.Conduct site inspections and audits, ensuring safety documentation is current and adhered to.
4.3.Promote a culture of safety and compliance in all project teams.
4.4.Oversee commissioning, testing, and quality assurance processes.
5.1.Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and construction processes.
5.2.Contribute to project handover documentation and post‑completion reviews.
5.3.Assist with tender reviews, estimating support, and project planning as required.
5.4.Contribute to DFE's strategic objectives and continued growth.
