Job summary

D. Frame Electrical in NSW seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex ASP level 1 & 2 and commercial construction projects. You will drive safety, quality, and on‑time delivery while coordinating budgets, procurement, and stakeholder relations.

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical Trade Qualification or related degree, strong WHS knowledge, and proven multi‑site leadership with excellent communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ASP and/or commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of WHS and ASP compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex budgets and multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end management of allocated projects ensuring safety and quality.
• Develop schedules, methodologies and align with contractual requirements.
• Monitor progress, budget, procurement, and variations.
• Lead meetings, report progress, risks, and performance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, procurement, admin and safety teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and project handover.
