Harrison Barratt Group in Sydney seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale mixed-use and high-end residential projects valued from $30M to $120M+ across Sydney's Metropolitan area.

You will coordinate with site managers, engineers, architects and subcontractors to ensure delivery within budgets and timelines, taking ownership of overall quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the class 2 residential building and development sector, on projects over $30m - $100M +.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems effectively.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field are highly desirable.

As a Senior Project Manager, you willoversee the full project lifecycle from design to completion in the mixed-use, high-end residential space, projects valued anywhere from $30M - $120M +, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications. You will work closely with site managers, engineers, architects and key stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
