You will direct project strategy, oversee site teams, manage consultants and client relationships, and drive financial performance while mentoring Project Managers, Site Managers and Contracts Administrators.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of dedicated experience in complex structural remedial, building rectification, and heritage restoration in Australia.
• Proven history delivering major remedial schemes valued from $3M up to $25M+.
• Class 2 remediation frameworks, DBP Act requirements, and Australian Standards knowledge.
• Established industry network with Sydney consultants, structural engineers, superintendents, and strata stakeholders.
• Commercial contract administration (AS4000/AS2124), financial risk mitigation, and tender support.
• Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Building Sciences highly regarded.

The Opportunity

Due to rapid portfolio expansion and major contract wins, we are seeking a heavyweight Senior Project Manager to take high-level ownership of major remedial programs valued between $3M and $25M+.

In this senior position, you will lead complex multi-million dollar sites end-to-end, driving commercial performance, site teams, consultant engagement, and client relationships across complex Class 2 residential refurbishments and high-profile heritage restorations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Direct the overarching strategy, programming, financial health, and execution of major remedial schemes ($3M – $25M+).
• Class 2 & Heritage Compliance: Oversee complex structural repairs, concrete spall rectifications, waterproofing overhauls, facade restorations, and heritage preservation under strict DBP Act / Class 2 legislation.
• Consultant & Client Relationship Management: Leverage existing industry networks to liaise effectively with Superintendents, Structural Engineers, Strata Managers, and Heritage Consultants.
• Commercial Control: Oversee financial reporting, head contract negotiations, variation approvals, cost-to-complete forecasts, and margin optimization.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and develop Project Managers, Site Managers, and Contract Administrators to maintain a high-performance culture on site.

What We Are Looking For

To be considered for this elite role, you must bring a established track record in the Sydney remedial market.

• Extensive Remedial Track Record: 8+ years of dedicated experience managing complex structural remedial, building rectification, and heritage restoration projects in Australia.
• Proven Project Scale: Demonstrable history of delivering major remedial schemes valued from $3M up to $25M+.
• Class 2 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Class 2 remediation frameworks, Design & Building Practitioners (DBP) Act requirements, and Australian Standards.
• Established Industry Network: A strong, existing client base and active relationships with leading Sydney consultants, structural engineers, superintendents, and strata stakeholders.
• Commercial Sharpness: High-level acumen in contract administration (AS4000/AS2124), financial risk mitigation, and tender support.
• Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Building Sciences is highly regarded.
