Redpath Partners in Sydney is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a flagship Build-to-Rent development in Green Square. You will manage delivery from pre-construction through handover, working closely with the client and design teams to ensure program, quality and commercial outcomes.

Senior Project Manager | Build-to-Rent | Green Square

An exciting opportunity has become available with Tier 2 Head Contractor for an experienced

Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $100M+ Build-to-Rent (BTR) development in Green Square.

Joining the project in November, you'll be involved from the ECI phase, working closely with one of the project owners before leading delivery through construction.

The Project

• Three towers (10+ storeys)
• Early Contractor Involvement through to completion

About You

• Senior Project Manager with a Tier 2 head contractor background.
• Proven delivery of high-rise residential, Student Accommodation or Build-to-Rent projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Confident managing consultants, design teams and commercial outcomes.
