Job summary

3D Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Melbourne construction business to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager. You will lead end-to-end delivery of major commercial construction projects valued up to $50M, coordinating planning, programming, cost control and the project team to achieve client satisfaction.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients and consultants, and drive performance against schedule, budget and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Strong track record delivering projects valued at $5 - $50M+.
• Experience managing projects from commencement through to completion.
• Strong commercial, contractual and project management capability.
• Confident lead ing project teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and cost management.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership to drive successful project outcomes.
