Queensland Government's Metro South Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead digital health initiatives, guiding projects from initiation through delivery and transition to business as usual.

You will coordinate diverse stakeholders, apply best-practice methodologies, manage schedules and budgets, and translate technology into practical health outcomes across hospitals and community facilities.

Your new role:As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide project management leadership across digital health projects and initiatives within Metro South Health, helping translate technology into practical solutions that improve health services and outcomes. You will work across the full project lifecycle and collaborate with clinical, operational, executive, technical and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions. You will:Lead and coordinate projects from initiation, planning and procurement through testing, implementation, transition to business as usual and closure.Apply best-practice project management methodologies to deliver outcomes within agreed scope, budget, timeframes and quality requirements.Develop and maintain high-quality project plans, schedules, budgets, reports, governance submissions, registers and other project documentation, while monitoring risks, issues and milestones.Build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, providing high-level analysis, advice and recommendations to support decision-making, issue resolution and successful project delivery.About you:We are looking for an experienced project professional who can confidently navigate complex environments, bring structure and accountability to projects, and build strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.
