As a Senior Project Management Officer, you’ll support the planning anddelivery ofstrategic projects and initiativesacrossVinnies’ NSW Property Portfolio,working closely with internal stakeholders,the Property team, consultants, and contractors. You’ll provide strong project coordination and controlsacrossprogrammes, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, helping to identify issues early and keep work on track. You’ll coordinate governance requirements, consultant activities and project documentationandprepareclearproject and portfolioreporting to support informed decision-making and timely escalation of issues. You’ll alsotake ownership of defined projects or workstreams where appropriate andhelpstrengthen the way the Property team manages its work by improving theconsistencyofproject processes, templates, systems, and reporting.
Experience across a property portfolio, development, construction, capital works or client-side project environment will be highly regarded, as will experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and developing dashboards or consolidated project reporting.
